    Bodyflex pro with v ball

    The whole system is wonderful. The only problem is, the v ball doesn't work, I've charged it and it doesn't turn on. Can I get a replacement v ball, I'd like to keep the rest of the product

    Hi Judy,

    We would absolutely get you a new V_ball. Before we do that, can you try to hold the power button on the V-Ball? It's a slightly different button, so you need to hold it for 3 second to turn it on and off. If this still won't work, we will get you a new v-ball right away.
